The Dynamics of Discovery

A guiding force drives every church or ministry.... tradition, personality, programs, relationships, etc ... It may be an unspoken force. It may be an unknown force to many. Most likely, it's never been officially voted on or set down on paper ... but it is there ... influencing every ministry, decision and aspect of the church and its ministries’ life.  

Some people call this force the personality or purpose of a church.  Others would say it's the temperature of a church.  At Discovery, we call that force the "Dynamics of Discovery."  Those dynamics are...
